100% is refundable.
2. Thirty-forty-four (30-44) days, 80 % is
refundable.
3. Twenty-twenty-nine (20-29) days, 60%
is refundable.
4. Ten to nineteen(10-19) days, 40 % is
refundable.
5. Cancellation of reservation less than
ten (10) days is non-refundable.

REMINDERS
* There are no banks or ATM machines in El Nido. Bring
enough cash with you. We accept credit card payments for bills
and the bank changes four to five (4-5) percent. To take cash out
using a credit/bank card, some business establishments in EL Nido
town charge six-eight (6-8 %) percent. For safety, consider using
Money Gram. You can send money to yourself and retrieve at the
Money Gram office in El Nido.
* There is no hospital in El Nido. A private doctor in town can
attend to emergencies.
Electricity runs from 2:30 PM to 6:AM. Black outs occur
frequently. Bring a flashlight with you.
